Set on the waterfront, away from the city noise yet within easy reach of a major urban centre, the development offers a different pace of life. A private promenade, marina, landscaped green spaces and leisure amenities create the atmosphere of a waterfront resort — a place where the rhythm of the city naturally slows down. Coming home becomes a shift in state: from the intensity of the working day to water, open air and a more relaxed way of living. There is no need to choose between the opportunities of the city and the feeling of escape — both become part of everyday life.
This sense of escape shaped the visual identity. We looked to sunlight and the long shadows it casts — a visual language associated with warm cities, leisure and places we go to recharge. The contrast between light and shadow became the foundation of the identity.
